- Du analysierst mögliche Fehlerquellen in der Konfiguration unserer ERP-Lösung und identifizierst Systemfehler
- Du findest Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für sowohl die Core-Funktionalitäten des Produkts als auch die neu eingeführten Erweiterungen
- Durch deine kompetente Betreuung gelingt es dir, langfristig erfolgreiche Partner- und Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/ Wirtschaftsinformatik/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Produktionswirtschaft und/oder Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Industrie
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung als ERP-Consultant für Small & Medium Businesses im Kontext von Cloud-Lösungen mit
- Erfahrung und Know-How im Bereich Warenwirtschaft sind von Vorteil
- Du liebst es technischen und prozessualen Problemen auf den Grund zu gehen und sie gemeinsam mit Partner:innen und Kund:innen zu lösen
- Du bist gut im Übersetzungsprozess vom Kundenbedürfnis hin zu Features, die einen echten Mehrwert bringen. Dies meisterst du im Spannungsfeld zwischen technischer Machbarkeit und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Persönlich zeichnest du dich durch ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke aus, sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und hast gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
