Your Responsibilities

You are shaping E.ON's future by managing world's leading IT companies, identifying and establishing partnerships across the globe for E.ON as one of the world ́s leading energy companies
You develop your new team of highly skilled professionals and (re)define how partner management should be done
You define new ways of collaboration with E.ON's nearshore service center to become a blueprint for successful supplier management
You and your team will be responsible to determine, understand, and continuously challenge business demand
You plan and backcharge license costs, license pooling, compliance management and optimize E.ON's license portfolio globally
You will actively manage and develop your vendor portfolio, especially in this challenging business environment
You will lead and support negotiations based on your vendor knowledge and facilitate strategic level discussions with vendors of choice
You will monitor vendor performance in close collaboration with partner departments such as controlling and procurement, as well as with demand owners across all E.ON countries
In your new responsibility you will influence the energy transition across the entire value chain from digitized grids to stateoftheart sales and services, as well as latest developments in decentralized energy production

Your Profile

You focus on people and enjoy bringing out the best in everyone this way you collaborate with a diverse team across multiple locations
You combine the love for technology and digitization with an entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking for new opportunities
You have a profound knowledge in ITservices, commercial and legal regulations preferably in an international environment
Your skillset and experience include negotiating and managing multimillion Euro contracts over the lifecycle
You have a proven ability to effectively network with stakeholders, customers, colleagues, and suppliers
You are familiar with stateoftheart SaaScontracts and are open to develop them even further
Your operating model is a modern leadership style, creating an atmosphere for personal growth, empowerment, high performance, and teamwork
You are used to managing complexity this is when your passion to shape solutions comes to life
You hold a higher university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Law or Finance or have an adequate professional qualification
You have several years of IT experience with a strong commercial and/or contractual and/or license management background, and at least some years in a leadership position
You are business fluent in English, German is beneficial
