Team Description:

In the role of VP Information Systems, and Security, you will be responsible for designing a service-, customer
- and data driven organisation by using technology that is enabling our employees and customers to ensure a great experience and keeping them safe at the same time. You report directly to our CTO.

Your Responsibilities

Transform our company's vision into an executable strategy by consulting C-Level on practicability and define priorities accordingly
Build a service, customer

- and data driven organisation that advocates and executes an IT security, compliance and business intelligence vision, strategy, and roadmap that keeps our business secure, competitive, and proactive

Being an inspiring leadership role model in coaching leaders (a team of directors and department heads) to attract, assess, hire, develop and retain engineering talents
Ensure that we pass our yearly security audit (SOC2) and mature our information security going forward by creating awareness and setting new standards
Design metrics and standards across all endtoend internal information technology processes to ensure effective monitoring of the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and cost of IT services

Your Profile

You are processoriented thinker with the ability to translate strategy into execution in global product and tech companies (scaleups)
Multiple years of senior leadership experience, especially in leading engineering leaders
Strong handson experience and excellent understanding of information security, business intelligence and internal IT services
You have a deep customer service orientation and see customer satisfaction as a key driver of your success, ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and maturity of our systems to support our rapidly growing business.
You care about secure and reliable systems, and you are relentless in your search for solutions to complicated problems.
