Duties:


  • Responsible for characterization of data derived from Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) sensor systems.
  • Performs quality control of all intelligence products.
  • Produces advanced analysis of AGI data and assess the accuracy of information contained in reports, evaluating the collection results in order to integrate data into interim and final AGI or allsource production.
  • Provides technical guidance to supported customers on all facets of the Requirements Tasking Processing Exploitation Dissemination (RTPED) process with regard to AGI operations.
  • Provides input for the creation, implementation and maintenance of new processes, projects, policies, and toolsets.

  • Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • In accordance with Change 3 to AR 60085, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET Security Clearance based on a single scope background investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
  • Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) may constitute up to 25% of time.

  • To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience which includes the development of organizational plans and products that incorporate GEOINT intelligence capabilities; developing specific collection and analytical techniques that support mission requirements; and producing comprehensive assessments of intelligence information utilizing various GEOINT systems, tools and techniques. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS12).

Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations.

This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled.


This experience should demonstrate:

Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
