Your role and your team:


Reporting to the
Deputy head of Aviation Safety & Quality Manager, and supporting them in all their responsibilities as necessary, you will work in the Corporate Quality team to support the ongoing and future initiatives to deploy and maintain the
Safety Management System of Lilium.


Your Day to Day:


  • Liaise with actors from different business functions of the company to carry out Safety related activities in alignment with the Lilium Safety Strategy.
  • Support and participate in the delivery of relevant Lilium Safety training sessions.
  • Produce inputs for internal Safety communications (newsletter, All Wings Meetings, Safety Hub, etc.) to foster a strong Safety mindset across Lilium.
  • Participate in the Event Reporting System and its deployment across the business.
  • Plan and organise Safety related workshops.

Your Profile:


  • University matriculated students (master's or bachelor's degree) in engineering, business management, natural sciences, humanities, or mass communication.
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement processes, methods, tools (e.g. Lean, Design and Systems thinking).
  • Have a proactive, pragmatic, and analytical mindset, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Student consulting experience advantageous.
  • Good programming skill (e.g., VBA) advantageous.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Fluent German would be advantageous.
