BA/BS degree

  • Proven track record as leader and people manager in highly challenging and complex environments
  • Experience in dealing with large enterprise accounts ( >$250MM USD revenue) in the B2B space in sales, partnering, alliances.
  • Experience in: B2B Solution Sales of Office, IT, Jan-San or MRO supply programs
  • Knowledge of ProcuretoPay/eProcurement, Tender-Processes at large enterprises and/or Amazon Business
  • Exceptional English language skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong and successful communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally.
  • Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
  • A passionate, selfstarter, ready to take Amazon's local customer experience to the next level.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and own development of the Category Adoption vision, strategy and planning for EU. Ensure alignment with WW business strategy and key stakeholders.
  • Execute our Category Adoption strategy by establishing a prioritization backed by business and input/product analyses
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders across several EU countries and sectors
  • Oversee program execution, assessing risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
  • Partner with EU Sales Leaders and Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customerdriven product improvement ideas
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative information to business teams in order to drive process/policy change initiatives and accelerate opportunities for the wider sales business by engaging with the relevant senior stakeholders through weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Educate EU Customer Advisor teams on best practices to identify largescale opportunities and navigate proposal management processes to produce winning proposals
  • Build a library of approved and updated proposal content
Munich, BY, DEU

  • University degree ideally in a technical or analytical discipline, MBA preferred
  • Effective communicator, strong closer
  • Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to roleup your sleeves
  • Additional EU4 language skills considered a plus
