- Führung und Organisation von Produktionsteilbereichen (ca. Mitarbeiter)
- Motivation und regelmäßige Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Zeit, Kosten, Qualität, Flexibilität und Arbeitssicherheit
- Koordination und Planung der Kapazitäten und Aufträge in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktionsleitung
- Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung des Interroll Production Systems
- Mitentwicklung von neuen Fertigungslinien sowie Optimierung und Standardisierung von Fertigungsprozessen durch Einsatz von Ansätzen wie SMED, 5S, Wertstromdesign
- Mitwirkung bei Produktions- und Logistikprojekten, Maschinenbaubeschaffungsprojekten und Werksplanung
- Abgeschlossene Qualifikation zum Industriemeister oder Techniker im Bereich Maschinen-/Metallbau oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Prozessdenken sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit und Hands- On Mentalität
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbe-wusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Industrial Engineering, Lean Production und Kaizen
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office und SAP
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
