    Requirements Engineer Optics (d/w/m)

    Unsere Optikfertigung in Wetzlar umfasst die komplette Wertschöpfungskette vom Glasblock bis zum high-end Mikroskopobjektiv. Um unsere Spitzenposition zu halten und auszubauen muss diese Prozesskette kontinuierlich verbessert werden. In dieser spannenden Position entwickeln übersetzen Sie Kundenanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen. Sie berichten an den Manager der globalen Produktionstechnologie.

    IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

    • Sie erarbeiten mit unseren OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Kunden die Anforderungsdefinitionen (Requirements) mit dem Ziel, eine einheitliche, durchführbare und transparente Formulierung der Projektspezifikationen und Kundenanfragen zu erreichen.
    • Sie übernehmen das Projektmanagement bei neuen OEM Kleinprojekten sowie beim Qualitätshandling (OEM) und Verbesserungs-/ Optimierungsprojekten
    • Sie tragen die Kostenverantwortung innerhalb der Projekte und binden für die Umsetzung verschiedene Fachbereiche ein (u.a. Industrial Engineering, Produktionstechnologie, R&D, Qualitätsmanagement, Sonderbaumontage, Fertigung).
    • Sie sind unser erster Ansprechpartner (1.Level support) für OEM und SPR (special part request) Optics Kunden, um Anfragen und Anforderungen aus Kundenanfragen in die entsprechenden Prozesse zu überführen.
    • Sie wirken bei der taktischen Planung von Optics Operation in Hinblick auf die Ausrichtung des OEM Geschäfts mit.

    IHR PROFIL

    • Sie haben ein naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Masterstudium (vorzugsweise Photonik, Physik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar) mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen.
    • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im wissenschaftlichen oder industriellen Umfeld und können erste Erfahrung in der Projektleitung vorweisen.
    • Sie haben bereits ein breites Grundlagenwissen in optischen Anwendungen, idealerweise im Bereich der Mikroskopie, und können technische Anforderungen aus den Anwendungen ableiten.
    • Grundkenntnisse in üblichen Businesstools (Office, ERP, PLM, ...) und naturwissenschaftliche Software sind bei Ihnen vorhanden.
    • Ihre Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend (in Wort und Schrift)
