  • We are looking for a team leader for our accounts payable department to join our small, competent team. We are hiring full time.
Your role in our team

Objective:
You lead our accounts payable team. You will be responsible for and coordinate the smooth running of the accounts payable department.

Main tasks:

Your tasks include responsibility for and ensuring the accounting processes and the operative day-to-day business in close coordination with the division management.

You will also assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as the corresponding reporting system and prepare statistics and evaluations in Excel.


Interfaces:
You are the contact person for other departments as well as suppliers and the auditor.

Project work:
You take the lead in optimising processes and the corresponding documentation. You also take on special tasks and projects in the area of finance.

Day-to-day business: You provide operational support in the processing of supplier invoices and in general day-to-day business.

Working environment:
You can expect a pleasant working atmosphere and varied activities.

You can work from your home office 3 days a week and are in the office with your team the other 2 days a week.

What we offer


Profile:


Background:
You have completed a good commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration (BA). Further training as a debtor/creditor accountant or bookkeeper is an advantage.

Professional experience:

You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, as well as initial experience in the coordination and management of employees.

Now you are aiming for the next step and would like to take over the management of a small, competent team.


Skills:
You have user knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Navision. Your experienced handling of MS Office programmes rounds off your profile.

You have strong communication and organisational skills as well as a high level of service orientation. Your willingness to perform, accuracy and ability to work in a team make you stand out.
