Your Tasks:

Responsibility for OTIF delivery of campaigns in Emerging Markets
Act as project manager and collaborates with different teams and ranks, internally and externally, to ensure OTIF delivery of campaigns in Headquarters
Lead SprintTeam (Marketing, Comms Lead (content), Consumer Insights Manager, POT, Media, Controlling, Production Manager & Others)
Ensure 360 campaigns are fully delivered
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and schedule, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.
Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks
Project Presentation in front of the Comms gatekeepers
Ensure campaigns are delivered on budget. Therefore, budget management skills are expected
The project manager will also be responsible for managing project resources, mitigating risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders
Responsible and accountable for the project tracking system: SOW (Asset Tracker), Timeline & Scorecard) and Production Budget & Pos in close cooperation with budget management.
Conduct project evaluations and postimplementation reviews to identify lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience in a media and communication is preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to lead crossfunctional project teams and resolve conflicts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Excel and Data visualization tools is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in project documentation, financials, and reporting.
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes and uncertainties that may arise during the project lifecycle.
