Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap Definition, Demand Management and Delivery

Plan, develop, own, and drive a global wide IT strategy for the assigned Business Domain (Finance/Procurement)
Foster, shape and manage the business demand for the IT investment in its assigned Business Domain across all geographies and business units
Identify approaches to meet the business's needs, as well as the dependencies (both risks and opportunities) with other Domain BRM's
Ensure that the prioritized demand is satisfyingly translated into valid IT solutions and clearly defined projects (right scoping and proper benefit definition)
Establish and maintain multiyear roadmap of the Business Capacity Model & the System Landscape for IT systems related to Domains in scope
Ensuring satisfying IT delivery. After project completion, establish a learning & improvement review process to continuously enhance business value generationStakeholder Management & Relationship Development
Actively manages the relationship and satisfaction of all key stakeholders (CFO, Senior VP, VP) in the Finance & Procurement Functions across the different geographies
Establish and run an internal VoC process (Voice of Internal Customer) to evaluate levels of satisfaction with the various IT services and to identify improvements required in IT/Business Units in order to further increase the value delivered by IT projects and services

Your qualification

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (or equivalent and related experience preferred)
BRM Institute Certification would be a plus (not mandatory)
Several years of experience as a Global General Manager or Senior IT Consultant in the assigned Finance/Procurement Domains
Several years of experience in value creation and demand planning activities
Strong working understanding of major business processes, key performance indicators, bestinclass practices, business, and technology trends in the assigned Business Domain
Solid understanding of the current and planned technical architecture, platforms and solutions that support the business, and a sound understanding of the broader technology environment
Experience of both solution consulting and implementation/support
Experience in successfully managing teams and Executive stakeholders in multiple geographies
Demonstrable interpersonal skills and problem solving skills as well as demonstrable coordinating skills
