We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruiting and Employer Branding Intern.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position, ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in the field of HR and talent acquisition.

We offer an internship at the Allendorf (Eder) or at the Berlin offices and/or "hybrid" from any place of residence in Germany, starting immediately or as soon as possible.

You will take on a variety of different responsibilities:

Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for recruitment marketing campaigns, social media platforms.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments, and evaluations, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Provide administrative support, including organizing documents, analyzing data and preparing reports, and creating management/other stakeholder enablement materials/ presentations

What you bring:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
Proficiency in social media for recruitment and branding.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
