How to contribute to our vision

  • Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management, customers).
  • Responsibility for timely execution of all HR payments in the internal posting process for payment of SI contributions to health insurance companies and wages/salaries to all Siemens Gamesa employees.
  • Reconcile and coordinate all cash flows with Siemens Gamesa TRE.
  • Execute manual payments as instructed by HR (cash payments, advances, etc.).
  • Posting all outgoing and incoming payments related to HR to the business account.
  • Calculation and preparation of all accruals based on Workday, balance sheet supplements, payables, account reconciliations to preparation of posting templates.
  • Cost allocation of payments to global Siemens Gamesa Legal Entities.
  • Processing of spinoff balance sheets and account clarifications.
  • Monitoring/controlling in the PO process for local HR.
  • Controlling payroll relevant payments from Travel Management.
  • Support in functional evaluation AC interface for HR in the context of implementation and transfer projects.
  • AC technical support in the development of processes, especially in the exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execution of ICFR controls and coordination with HR quality management and involved stakeholders.
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Human Resources or similar.
  • Background in HR Controlling combined with several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of numbers and experience working with data base and data management systems.
  • Previous work experience in accounting or payroll would be beneficial.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Previous work experience in a matrix organization would be a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and stakeholder management skills are required.


We also offer remote working but the role requires a regular presence in the office in Hamburg according to existing company agreements.
