- Leitung von technischen und disziplinarischen Themen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung von Geschäftszielen.
- Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Sicherstellung der Best Practices im Bereich Gesundheit und Sicherheit sowie der Industriestandards.
- Min. 5 Jahre Arbeit an vollständigen Fahrzeug-Crashtests.
- Min. 3 Jahre Leitung von technischen Teams, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche.
- Fließend Deutsch (mind. C1/C2) und Englisch (mind. C1/C2)
- Erfahrung in der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und -standards.
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein kooperativer Führungsstil.
