Your mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process for a variety of projects, from concept to launch, and driving the strategic direction of our UX design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for a variety of projects, from concept to launch.
Develop and communicate a clear design vision and strategy for the company.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet user needs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to make informed design decisions.
Contribute to overall strategy and decisionmaking about product direction.
Build up and maintain our design systems.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups for a variety of devices and platforms.
Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on user feedback.
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Mentor and guide midlevel designers on the team.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in a software or technology company
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design skills and leadership experience
Excellent problemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience leading UX design efforts for largescale projects
A solid command of English is required, German is a plus
