The Position*We are looking for a SCCM and Intune Administrator to join our ICT Administration team operating at our customer's site.

Responsibilities/Duties*- Operate, monitor, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot, maintain operational procedures for Endpoint Protection Services:

Cylance
CyberArk EPM
Windows Defender
Trend Micro
Distribute Package Applications for Windows 10 (SCCM), Windows 11 (Intune)
Prepare, evaluate and coordinate the validation of software patches and updates to keep the Desktops and Servers uptodate against security issues and vulnerabilities;
Maintain software and license databases;
Provide 2nd level user and technical support;
Liaise with the external service provider and if necessary, escalate 3rd level incidents;
Contribute to the procurement of information technology services, systems and components by providing specifications and performing price inquiries, as well as act as interface with hardware and software suppliers regarding procurement, warranty and maintenance issues;
Building, packaging and installations of software solutions;
Operate Maintain the Desktop/Notebook/Cloud PC OS and Application deployment systems
Package Applications for distribution to end user Computers
Manage WSUS infrastructure to patch the systems regularly
Upgrade the Desktop/Notebook OS regularly in order to keep the systems always under support
Ensure timely response to security audit findings and identified vulnerabilities

Qualifications/Experience

A university degree in Computer Sciences (or equivalent).
At least 7 years' experience as IT Systems Administrator, in a customer facing role.
Applicants should have good communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a diverse team environment and accomplish goals in line with team objectives.
Experience operating critical IT infrastructure environments, working in mixed operating system and database environments, managing technical service transition, creation and maintenance of support documentation.
Interesting to learn and dealing with modern technologies.

Essential Skills

Expert knowledge and significant work experience of Windows SCCM and Windows Intune
Participated in Migrations of SCCM Servers
Advanced administration skills in both software and patch deployment using SCCM/Intune in a corporate/institutional environment
2nd line technical support experience
Experience with Patch Management using SCCM and WSUS
Experience with the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Endpoint Protection Services
Experience in operating the Desktop/Notebook/Cloud PC OS and Application deployment systems
Experience in writing technical and user documentation
Demonstrated ability to have completed complex technical projects.
An advancedlevel command of English and an ability to present output in a clear, concise and understandable way, both orally and in writing
Proactive approach and take ownership of problems.
Ability to manage assigned activities/tasks in line with deadlines.
Requirements analysis and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.

Desirable Skills

Proposing ideas, participating in designing and implementing of critical IT infrastructure changes.
Knowledge of Windows Server OS (Microsoft Windows 2012 R2/2019), system administration and customization
Knowledge of VMWare Systems (VSphere, ESX, VCenter, Horizon VDI)
ITILv3 Foundation Certification
