- You will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment such as heating and elevators.
- You will plan and coordinate renovations and remodeling, assigning appropriate furniture to office spaces.
- You will manage the maintenance of equipment, operating resources, and locking systems to meet health and safety standards.
- You will oversee the allocation of parking spaces, waste disposal, building security, and assign tasks to janitors and external service providers.
- You will handle insurance and service contracts and be responsible for organizing the vehicle fleet.
- You have several years of experience in facility management or a similar position.
- Experience in technical operations is your forte, and analytical thinking is one of your strengths.
- Basic knowledge of CAD (e.g., space planning) would be a cool bonus.
- You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner with a good amount of initiative.
- Familiarity with building regulations is definitely advantageous.
- You are not just a team player; clear communication, sense of responsibility, hands-on attitude, and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities are part of your skillset.
