Beschreibung

The Receiving Coordinator will work in an organized manner to accurately receive Shipments of Samples, Materials and Products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and insure the delivery of Samples, Materials and Products to the proper department and / or to Warehouse.


Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Track, Receive, Sign and document for incoming Clinical Trial Samples
  • Receive and Sign for incoming Packages, with and without ERP
  • Reconcile Number of packages received/delivered, before the Courier leaves.
  • Inspect and Record Packages for Damage or Defects
  • Quarantine any Misdelivered Package and monitor Retours.
  • Reconcile purchased materials received compared to Purchase Orders
  • Follow Up with the Supplier and Requestor, as appropriate.
  • Submit to QA and complete Raw-Material label process for Received Items
  • Ensure all Packing Slips are filed appropriate (Original or Manual) and are delivered to Finance.
  • Deliver Raw-Material Labeled Items to Recipient/Department and maintain a Log with the Signature of the Acceptor
  • Return Raw-Material Label Packet to Quality Assurance Group
  • Perform Routine Dock Clearance
  • Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


Minimum Required:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2year relevant working experience

Other Required:


  • Required to work onsite with a schedule of Monday thru Friday, between ~8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Familiar with Warehouse Operations and Receiving procedures with and without
  • IATAtrained and experienced with managing Dangerous Goods
  • Familiar with Laboratory Sample Management
  • Good attention to detail, excellent communication and documentation skills and must work well in a group environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with mínimal supervision and guidance
  • Must be a flexible, agile Team Player who can change activities and directions quickly and respond to a variety of assignments and changing business needs
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work in cold, hot, and wet environments.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend the German and English language
