WHAT YOU'LL DO:

_You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany._

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Administrative work: Scheduling calls and outlook invitations across time zones, Setting up virtual training sessions, Supporting logistics
Interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Hosting of virtual training session when required
Excel Skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with very good academic achievements
First professional experience in an internship or working student engagement, ideally with focus on topics requiring strong organizational skills
Strong interest in learning and the management consulting area
Solid MS capabilities with strong selforganization and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to details, and adapt to frequently changing circumstances
Strong problemsolving skills combined with pragmatic thinking
Proactive selfstarter with high quality standards and strong interpersonal skills
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
