For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting aTeamlead (M/F/d) Accounts Receivable
Your new job includes
- Together with your team of 4, you will process all debitside transactions and will thus be responsible for the complete handling of the accounts receivable of the parent company as well as the group companies supported by Gebr. Heinemann. In particular, you will take over the technical and disciplinary management of our accounts receivable team in the finance department
- be in charge of posting the daily bank statements
- monitor and track all outgoing invoices and postings
- optimize and monitor the company's receivables situation within the framework of Client Risk Management
- ensure the preparatory monthly and year-end closing activities for the accounts receivable area
What you should bring along
- A completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training as an accountant
- Several years of professional experience and initial management experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of accounting and commercial law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (FI/SD)
- Very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- An analytical and structured way of working, which allows you to familiarize yourself well with the processes of an internationally operating trading company
- Ability to work in a team and an outgoing and communicative personality with a high degree of service orientation
