You'll join more than 6,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem.

YOUR TEAM:

As head of the department you are responsible for the systems engineering, implementation and testing of ADAS/AD customer functions and systems.

Your contribution creates customer-experiencing features on the way towards assisted & automated driving.

To do this, you are part of an interdisciplinary leadership team to incorporate your solutions into an end to end customer functionality.

Your teams will develop, test and experience the future of mobility from the concept phase to market readiness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Leading a Department for ADAS / AD system development
Continuous improvements on efficiency & velocity in requirements elicitation and concept drafting
Disciplinary leadership responsibility for a department of system development &integration engineers, project management specialist
Responsibility for developing employees with development plans, coaching and definition of measures and trainings
Strategic development of your own department and in terms of systems engineering of all ADAS / AD driving departments
Mentor for specific comprehensive topics

WHO YOU ARE:

Strong leadership personality
Proven capability of successfully series development and deployment of ADAS / AD systems
High level of own initiative, excellent communication skills, selfmanagement and team orientation
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
