The Talent Acquisition Teamlead for the cluster Germany & Switzerland is a tactical and operational recruitment business partner for the Cluster (HR and Business Leaders).

Are you able to drive and coordinate the Talent Acquisition hiring needs and selection process to support and enable the business to recruit the right people in order to achieve current and future business plans? Do you have experience in managing the full cycle recruitment process? Then you are the person we're looking for.

**Your Tasks & Responsibilities Are

Provide recruitment advice from the initial requisition through the entire recruiting & hiring process. This includes active recruiting, sourcing, screening, skills and abilities testing, preemployment checks, compliance, offer development and delivery.
Provide regular market information using intelligence from both internal and external sources in order to be a true market expert.
Take responsibility for the results of customer satisfaction within function, department or business unit, putting agreed action plans in place where necessary.
Support the roll out of Talent Acquisition programs & projects for the CoE Europe; this includes ATS implementation/enhancements, employer branding and social media campaigns, diversity & inclusion programs, hiring manager training, interview upskilling programs and supplier management.
Drive social media recruitment strategy and sourcing of passive talent.

Your Key Qualifications Are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of the English and German language.
Experience coordinating the endtoend recruitment cycle and experience in leading a team of corporate recruiters.
Extensive International recruitment experience in Germany & Switzerland, with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment. Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
Strong delivery focus with ability to take full responsibility for campaign recruitment.
