Setting the scene:

Are you about to finish University, but you are still unsure about the right next step?

Our client is building the world's leading SaaS Cloud Platform within their field and in doing so is one of the few hyper growth companies in the current European and US tech market.


As part of this growth, they are looking to hire 6 Graduates to work across various sales and marketing teams in the organisation.

Ideal start date for all will be in the Berlin office.

The program will last 12 months and will equip the participants with relevant skills and knowledge needed to have successful careers in tech sales.


The company:


Overall, the company has received 200 Million Euros investment and is part of a UN project to improve the circular economy and reduce CO2 Emissions.

The company has various DAX clients as well as US companies Google and Apple.

Your role will also to spearhead the growth into the US market with the company recently opening their Florida office.


The role:


  • In the sales development role, you'll collaborate with seasoned sales team members to initially support strategic prospecting and account research, gradually taking on the responsibility for execution
  • As an Account Executive for the Mid Market segment, you'll gain proficiency in generating your own leads and cultivating pipelines within the MM organization
  • As an Account Executive for Enterprise and Key Account Management, you'll utilize pipelines established by the SDRs and focus on finalizing deals with prospective clients
  • A degree in fields such as business, economics, sales management, business psychology, or a related discipline
  • Your abilities encompass effective communication, teamwork, and a poised professional attitude when engaging with senior stakeholders in an Enterprise environment, underpinned by a robust customercentric approach

Must have:
