• Planung und Führung von Workshops

• Erstellung und Haltung von Präsentationen/Roadshows

• Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Unterlagen zur Vorbereitung von ManagemententscheidungenRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:Folgende Skills/Kompetenzen bringst Du mit:
• Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre (oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang) mit Erfolg abgeschlossen
• Du hast eine hohe Affinität zur IT und hast bereits +5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Banking oder Financial Services
• Du bist fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren. Ein überzeugendes Auftreten, Spaß an teamorientiertem Arbeiten sowie geistige Flexibilität kennzeichnen dich
• Eine hohe Eigenmotivation und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz
• Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Sicheres Auftreten und Umgang mit Kunden, ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und "Hands-on" Mentalität
• Fließende Deutsch-und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und SchriftSolltest Du zusätzlich noch über folgende Kenntnisse verfügen, so wäre dies von Vorteil:
• Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z.B. IPMA, PMP oder Prince2)
• Erfahrung mit agilem Projektmanagement
