    Facility Coordinator DACH & Benelux

Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

    We are looking for a Facility Coordinator DACH & BENELUX , who will be placed in Düsseldorf Diesel Head Office.

    Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Maintenance agreement management & platform Work Order managing
  • Budget monitoring
  • Participates into new budget process.
  • Weekly retail manager meeting
  • Regularly meeting with supplier to reviews the service provided
  • Maintenance compliant with the local regulation
  • Participates into the project phase with Store planning
  • Participates into the opening process with other departments
  • Coordinating PPM, Callout, Cleaning services on all OTB buildings
  • Participates and promote sustainability and efficiency projects
  • Managing PPM Security system
  • Identify and action Security needs for the buildings with other departments

    • Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other Technical Subjects
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (use of AutoCAD is an advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Fluent English, German
  • Basic Dutch speaking an advantage
  • Italian speaking as an advantage but not mandatory
