Your responsibilities and tasks:

For our HR Operations team at GEA, we are looking for a working student to support our daily activities and tasks for the NAMLAM region.

We are looking for pro-active people, who are communicative, have an analytical mind, and willing contribute to our international HR Shared Service Centre.

Data entry and processing, monitoring, internal audits and other follow up activities, for our employees and managers in the US and Latin America.
Performing routine tasks as part of HR processes.
Answering individual inquiries and information requests.
Supporting managers and other stakeholders in their HR administrative tasks.

Your profile and qualifications:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, Portugese, or French are a plus.
Solution orientated, communicative and an analytical mindset
Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel
Interested in learning more about HCM systems such as Workday, or Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
