Would you like to actively support our People team for the whole employee lifecycle?

Become a part of the shared service organization that we have built to support our employees - the Employee Experience Center.

In our international and interdisciplinary team, we look forward to welcoming students who enjoy being in contact with people - specifically, we are offering a working student position in people and organization support at the Allendorf (Eder) site with immediate effect or at the earliest possible date.

Your impact:

Support and advise our employees along the employee life cycle (e.g. contract management, preparation of data, creation of various certificates etc.)
Daily contact with the Viessmann family members for people topics
Contribute to new content and maintain our internal knowledge database
Communication with partners from other people and organization teams
Participation in the development and implementation of new people processes
Support in the development of communication standards

Who you are:

You are available for a working student position at least for 2 semesters.

Also you bring the following:

Initial experience with personnel management, development or similar would be an advantage
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of selforganization
Confident handling of standard processes with an eye for potential for automation and improvement
Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
