    Du erhältst durch das Duale Studium die Möglichkeit zur idealen Verknüpfung von Theorie und Praxis: Während deiner Praxiseinsätze lernst du deinen eigenen Stammbereich sowie wichtige Schnittstellenbereiche kennen.

    Deine Studienschwerpunkte

  • In deinen Praxisphasen erhältst du einen tiefen Einblick in verschiedene Themenfelder bzw. arbeitest aktiv in Projekten und Abteilungen mit:
    • Du tauchst tief in die verschiedenen IT-Schnittstellenthemen deines Stammbereichs ein.
    • Du lernst alle notwendigen Projektmanagementtechniken kennen und arbeitest verantwortungsvoll an herausfordernden internationalen Aufgaben mit.
    • Du analysierst, optimierst und dokumentierst IT-Prozesse, berätst interne Kunden bzw. Fachbereiche und setzt Lösungen gemeinsam mit ihnen um.
  • In deinen Theoriephasen an der Dualen Hochschule stehen u.a. folgende Inhalte auf dem Stundenplan:
    • Du begegnest den Fachinhalten aus IT und BWL – zum Großteil in englischer Sprache.
    • Du wirst durch die Teilnahme an interkulturellen Trainings auf die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Projektteams vorbereitet und eignest dir wichtige Schlüsselqualifikationen (wie z.B. Präsentationskompetenz und Projektmanagement) an.

    • Dein Profil
  • Du bringst die Allgemeine Hochschulreife (oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss) mit sehr guten Noten in Englisch, guten Noten in Mathematik, Deutsch Deutsch und ggf. Informatik mit.
  • Du hast großes Interesse an moderner Informationstechnik (IT) und deren Einsatz im internationalen Umfeld der Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe.
  • Du bist verlässlich, kommunikativ und ein Teamplayer.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in aktuellen Hard- und Softwarethemen, ggf. Auslandsaufenthalte sammeln.
  • Du hast Lust auf Einzelhandel, internationale Projektarbeit und besitzt gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen.

  • Du startest im September vor Beginn deines regulären Studiums mit einem bezahlten Begrüßungsmonat, in dem dir alle relevanten Grundlagenschulungen vermittelt werden und du einen vertieften Einblick in unsere Sparten erhältst.
  • Du wirst intensiv durch das Team Einstiegsprogramme, deinen fachlichen Betreuer der zugehörigen Stammabteilung und deinen Studierenden-Paten begleitet und betreut.
  • Du kannst dein Know-how und deine persönliche Kompetenzen in Fachseminaren, beim Teambuilding und bei Events ausbauen. Auch in deinen Projektarbeiten sowie der Bachelor-Thesis wirst du bestens begleitet.
