- Anhand diverser eignungsdiagnostischer Verfahren analysierst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team fachliche Qualifikation, Verhaltensweisen, Motivation und kulturelles Mindset deiner Kandidat:innen
- Als Power-User unserer hauseigenen Software bist du an der Entwicklung der besten HR-SaaS-Lösung beteiligt und gestaltest mit deinen Ideen den Recruitingprozess der Zukunft nachhaltig mit
- Gemeinsam mit uns knüpfst du erste Kontakte und legst so den Grundstein für dein professionelles Netzwerk aus High-Level Kandidat:innen
- Du nimmst an Creative-Sessions mit allen Mitarbeiter:innen teil, um die Company mit deinen Ideen strategisch voranzutreiben
- Student:in im Studiengang BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbaren
- Hochmotiviert, self-driven und engagiert und hast Lust, unser junges Startup mit voranzutreiben
- Kommunikativ und magst den täglichen Austausch mit Menschen & liebst die Idee des "Perfect Match"
- Deinem Team, Kund:innen und Kandidat:innen gegenüber stets authentisch und offen und behandelst jeden Menschen mit Respekt
