In this position, you will lead a young, highly motivated team that is eager to drive the transformation of HUGO BOSS into a tech fashion company with modern and agile IT.

What you can expect:

You will take over the functional and disciplinary management of a team responsible for the architecture, operation and further development of the M365based communication and collaboration platform at HUGO BOSS.
Through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback, you will enthusiastically develop your employees both professionally and personally.
You will take the structures, processes and interfaces in your environment to the next level based on the IT strategy.
You are the connecting element to our departments, enterprise architects, as well as the IT colleagues at our international locations.
You plan and control the use of external resources and IT service providers with foresight.
As part of the IT Workplace Management team, you provide impetus for the department's strategy and roadmap.
Together with the team, you will find the right balance in the management of a twospeed IT (legacy & cloud).

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in (business) computer science or have a comparable background.
You have a good overview of the Microsoft 356 ecosystem, know how the components interact and are familiar with the associated challenges for change and adoption.
You have relevant technical and/or disciplinary leadership experience as well as a solid leadership style that fits the values of HUGO BOSS.
You have an inner drive for the development of people and issues.
You are able to inspire those around you and find creative solutions. through your optimistic outlook.
You communicate confidently and find the right level for your audience.
You keep an eye on the essentials in the face of uncertainty, complexity and dynamic situations.
You are a team player, love challenges and stay cool under pressure.
