Responsibilities:


  • Organization of the management secretariat (CEO & CFO) and associated administrative tasks, such as telephone and written office communication and document management
  • Organization of meetings, events and business trips, including travel expense accounting supporting the management teams
  • Preparation of presentation documents and meetings minutes
  • Handling internal and external correspondence in German and English
  • Supporting the HR department with administrative issues
  • Friendly reception and care of guests

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or completed business studies
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
  • Organizational talent with an independent, proactive and structured way of working
  • Friendly and selfconfident demeanor, strong communication and team skills as well as intercultural competence
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office and Outlook, experience in Workday or Success Factors a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken German, very good English skills
