We are hiring for a leading global bank that is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage all legal matters related to a consumer-facing product for the DACH region.

Tasks

Being the goto product and regulatory lawyer for the DACH region.
Supporting with international product launches and market growth.
Advising the business of financial regulatory requirements.
Merge stakeholders expectations and legal requirements into a simple and innovative product or process.
Advise on privacy or regulatory requirements within consumer protection and privacy.
Advise on legal requirements in general as well as review and draft consumer terms and privacy notices.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience from a reputable law firm or inhouse.
Cando attitude, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to get involved and take ownership of all types of legal matters (it could literally be anything).
Experience working in the consumer banking / payments / Fintech space.
