THE ROLE


Are you looking for a premium internship/working student position, where you can freely develop various skills and exciting and varied job tasks and become a video producer? Then you found with us exactly the right place to be You will take over responsibility and you will become an important member of our dynamic team.

You will also grow a huge network of SAP employees all over the world.


You will support us in telling the SAP Experience Garage story through our portfolio to drive action, move our employees through their unique journey, educate, and create loyal fans and a great global, gamified, impactful, and fun community of SAP employees.

As a working student/intern you will work and support us in the following areas:

Marketing, Communications, Branding

  • Develop visual communication materials, in form of videos and supported with graphics
  • Plan, record and edit videocontent for our internal community of employees
  • Supervise interviews and talks onsite in the SAP Immersive Experience Studio
  • Coordinate and cooperate with our network of SAP Employees but also external customers/partners, universities, and NGOs as well as our leadership team
  • Establish the brand for "SAP Experience Garage" that noone can forget

Operations

  • Project Management of video projects
  • Support daytoday operations and administration and stakeholder management
  • Help to measure the goals and metrics of the production

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Competencies

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study:
- irrelevant, you should be able to be our "Video Producer" - but it would be great if you have knowledge and/or interest for any of these areas Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Public Relations, Branding, Event Management, Project Management, Innovation

  • Language & Communication skills:
  • Fluent in German, fully professional working in English
  • Good communication and networking skills; both written and verbal
  • Soft Skills:
  • Proactivity, creativity, solutionoriented way of working and thinking, customer oriented, quality driven, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Very good time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to keep deadlines without losing focus and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well on your own initiative and independently without supervision, must be selfdriven and motivated
- absolute team player

  • IT Skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Good knowledge in graphic design and video production (Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop,Premiere Pro,After Effects)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software tools and products
- knowledge in graphic design is a plus


Learning & Development Opportunities

  • Get firsthand experience at our recording studio or any other office location and learn how to operate camera equipment, microphones and a variety of exciting tools

Additional Notes

  • Our team is mainly in Walldorf where also the video production studio is. Relocation is not possible/provided.
