    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The role

    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join HelloFresh's Security tribe who is passionate about Cyber Security. We aim to enable HelloFresh to build and maintain safe products at speed and scale. The Security department sets the strategy and direction for all of HelloFresh's cyber security capabilities. This includes; detection & response, vulnerability management, cloud security, IT/ enterprise security, compliance, risk management and more.As a Senior Product Manager in this space, you will ensure our vision and roadmaps align with business objectives. You will work alongside other Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders across our organization. It is an excellent opportunity to help us further mature the overall security posture and deliver impactful and scalable security initiatives across the company. What you'll do
  • Shape HF's Security products and services vision to drive it from concept to adoption by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Create the Strategy, Roadmap & backlog for your team, and align this with the overall company strategy by negotiating dependencies with other business domains.
  • Actively engages in interviewing internal customers and stakeholders to identify user pain points, problems and opportunities.
  • Owns problem and product discovery through experimentation, effectively evaluating hypotheses to foster data driven decision-making.
  • Establish comprehensive metrics and KPIs for products/initiatives, monitoring them closely to derive actionable insights and drive improvements.
  • Launch internal products and effectively drive user adoption through strategic planning and execution.
  • Author high-quality documentation, including Working backwards style press release/PR FAQ, initiative and epics.
  • Report insights to Leadershipthrough tools like dashboards, newsletters, progress artifacts etc and evangelize the Security mindset & best practices within the organization.
  • Collaborate with engineers on defining initiatives, solutions and scope trade offs while supporting the Engineering Manager in strategic decision-making aspects like build vs buy..

  • Solid experience in internal product Management roles thriving in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic initiatives with operational tasks , bringing structure to complexity.
  • Expertise to function autonomously while supporting multiple security squads, including Cloud, Red Team, and Enterprise Security.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences. Able to craft solid product documents.
  • Have a security-centric mindset and knowledge of industry-standard Information Security Concepts and frameworks Ex: NIST, CIS, SOC.
  • Experience with a cyber security function, tools or other relevant backgrounds like Cloud is a big plus.

    • The Role

    This position will work on further developing solutions for our strategic warehouse management system (The Körber /HighJump-ONE Platform.) This position is preferred to be seated in our BerlinHQ.

  • Participate in the design and analysis of new WMS integration/feature function/ reporting requirements from business partner organizations (operations, procurement, quality, automation engineering and data analytics)
  • Develop solution architecture that meets functional, performance and user experience requirements for both the core WMS, as well as any associated integrations
  • Work with internal leadership to formulate overall product development prioritization sprints and release strategy
  • Document and deliver all required materials to support software change control
  • Partner with the Fulfillment Technology WMS Services and Support team on approved code release rollouts and assist in any related release promotion defect management as appropriate
  • Partner with the Fulfillment Technology WMS Services and Support team on any required technical configuration of the application
  • Partner with the HelloFresh WMS support analyst team to help triage/ resolve any escalated software issues/ defect tickets
  • Assist department leadership with special projects as needed
  • Help manage and mentor fellow members of the department where appropriate and designated by department leadership
  • Represent the Fulfillment Technology/ WMS team area as needed with any cross functional initiatives and working with colleagues in operations, automation, procurement, or upstream enterprise technology

  • 4+ years of Koerber/ HighJump design and development experience with Advantage Architect, Advantage Link, Webwise Page Editor
  • High proficiency in SQL: complex queries, stored procedures, functions and database objects
  • Direct experience building and/or supporting HighJump integrations with external host or MHE applications
  • Experience driving dashboards and reporting solutions in SSRS
  • Experience with Bartender and Label Design a plus
  • Experience with SQL Server administration, windows OS a plus
  • 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting a tier-one WMS in an RF based distribution, manufacturing, or e-com fulfillment environment
  • Industry experience in food/ cold chain a plus
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering; masters degree preferred
  • Individual work hours flexibility and reliability to occasionally work with internal customer leadership across various shifts
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different HelloFresh facilities as needed in support of projects or platform rollouts or to collaborate with peers.
