Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are looking for a HR Communication Working Student (f/m/d) to join us in our office in Berlin, while focusing on the following tasks:

  • You will be working on the optimization of the general global HR communication and support us with the communication stream within global HR Projects
  • You will be responsible for the Global HR Onboarding and take ownership of monthly onboarding events, from planning over content generation to execution and moderation
  • You will review and analyze feedback received from new joiners to make necessary adjustments to the HR onboarding events
  • You will be responsible of our Global HR sharepoint

Your profile and qualifications:


  • You are studying (HR Management, Communications, Marketing or any relevant topic) and would like to actively take part in shaping and optimizing communication projects
  • You like to work individually as well as in an international team with a variety of stakeholders
  • You are proactive, structured, organized and detailoriented
  • You are eager to learn new things and not afraid to take over projects and responsibilities
  • You have good communication skills and can speak both English and German fluently
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
