Tasks:
- Develop strategies for the positioning and development of the strategic business unit (short, medium and longterm planning)
- Conducting market and competition analyses
- Analyze and evaluate business opportunities
- Actively drive and be accountable for key business development initiatives
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
- Identify, analyze and evaluate investment goals and strategic cooperations and actively drive M&A transactions together with the grouplevel Strategic Corporate Development team
Requirements:
- Masters degree in natural sciences, engineering or business administration
- Strong background in strategy, planning and/or finance
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- At least 45 years total professional experience and responsibility in a related functional area of a complex and international business environment, e.g. as management consultant or in the hightech industry
- Professional experience on project manager level
