- Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed project/business cases, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy programs together with the business and customer
- Work closely with Technology manager and business development managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to growth of the sector specific design-build/SI projects
- Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions
- Research to better define the opportunity and understand customer requirements and lead the business case from initiation till scale production
- Develop stakeholder communication and strong E2E collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features and programs
- Work on programs that are mission critical to the company
- Engage with projects and working in natural teams to align on phases, cost and objectives to ultimately deliver
- Minimum master degree from a technical university and preferably IPMA certified
- Strong 'can do' mindset and customer focus
- Min 10 years of experience in a high tech B2B Industry specific in the field of the related sector (Semicon, Smart Mobility or Connectivity) including technical project or program management experience
- Experience with supporting technical decisions with our customers within a nature team, including collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers
- A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically on the direction of electronic-based solutions and make recommendations with fact-based discussions and presentations
- Experience and ability to understand multiple technologies and how they interact for the benefit of customers
- Strong analytical and results-oriented and skilled at stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel ( up to 50% working time ) and self-motivated to work independently in a virtual world
