- Du verantwortest die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen an allen deutschen Standorten von EUROIMMUN
- Du entwirfst kollektive Vereinbarungen in Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern und verhandelst diese mit den Arbeitnehmervertretern
- Du berätst zu strategischen Themen wie Arbeitszeit, Entgelt und anderen Arbeitsbedingungen
- Du wirkst maßgeblich in HR-Projekten mit und kannst bei Bedarf Teil-Projektleitung übernehmen
- Du analysierst Veränderungsprojekte und entwickelst Lösungen mit kollektivrechtlicher Relevanz
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Arbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und Verhandlungen mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für internationale Projekte
