As Salesforce Administrator, you are vital for the success of McMakler. You are helping our brokers to have the best possible tool for organizing, managing and selling their properties.

Salesforce Platform Expertise: Leverage your extensive understanding of Salesforce to configure, customize, and uphold the platform in alignment with business needs, ensuring an intuitive user experience across all departments.

Process Streamlining through Automation: Design, construct, and maintain intricate workflows and automation processes utilizing Salesforce Flows, streamlining operations and boosting organizational efficiency.

Robust Permission Model Oversight: Implement and oversee user profiles, roles, sharing rules, and security settings, fortifying the integrity and security of the Salesforce environment.

Data Integrity Management: Supervise data quality and integrity, encompassing imports, updates, and cleansing activities. Conduct routine data audits to detect and rectify any discrepancies.

User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring proficient utilization of Salesforce to maximize its potential benefits.

Commitment to Best Practices and Continuous Enhancement: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance Salesforce adoption and operational efficiency.

What we expect

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator in a mid/senior level capacity.

Proficiency: Extensive knowledge in Salesforce Flows and automation tools.

Thorough understanding of Salesforce permission models, including user profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
Demonstrated capability to configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.

Data Management: Familiarity with best practices and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.

Strong analytical and problemsolving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.

Interpersonal skills: excellent communication to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferably Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Advanced Salesforce Certified Administrator), though not mandatory.
Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder will be viewed favorably.
