We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our HR team in Berlin and support us with a range of different activities.

This role involves being responsible for a diverse mix of tasks, with a focus on HR administration and relocation, and it offers a great opportunity to become part of the expanding JetBrains family.


As part of our team, you will:

  • Ensure our HR systems, personnel data, and files are up to date.
  • Help employees and their families obtain and prolong their residence permits.
  • Assist with bureaucratic procedures, visits to state institutions, and communication with authorities.
  • Be the point of contact for employees in coordination with everyday situations.
  • Cooperate with local authorities and external service providers, such as professional associations, health insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, social sciences, human resources, or economics.
  • Nativelevel German and fluent English.
  • Experience in HR administration, although we'll be happy to bring you up to speed if you don't.
  • A love of documents, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Great organizational skills with an understanding of how to work with confidential information.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Process

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Residence in Berlin and ability to support the team on site.
