- As Head of Technical Operations & Maintenance, you and your team are responsible for the technical operation of our FTTH network.
- With your team, you orchestrate external service providers who primarily carry out network monitoring, maintenance, or installations in the field.
- You are responsible for the operational KPIs and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- You assume process and budget responsibility for all operating, maintenance and connection processes.
- You design the operational processes with the aim of ensuring that our FTTH network is maximally efficient both in operation and across the entire lifecycle.
- You lead your own team and are responsible for the development of your employees.
- You have several years of experience in technical operations roles in the telecommunications industry with a focus on fixed networks and have already gained management experience.
- You have a degree in engineering, information technology or a comparable field.
