- Experience in community coordination, preferably in video games
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and self-manage various responsibilities

- Flawless social and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in English and German for international communication
- Passion for and knowledge of video game culture and trends
- Experience or interest in agriculture or Farming Simulator
