We are looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Global HR Business Partner to join our team.

This position is ideal for a young professional with a passion for HR, with experience in multinational environment and a desire to grow in a global organization.

This role is expected to support the Global HR Business Partner team in aligning our SE HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

How You'll Make an Impact

Acting as a junior HR consultant in close collaboration with the Global HR Business Partner Team for our Service Regions.
Driving and supporting our HR Priorities like Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Performance management, Employee Engagement
Ensuring people related annual cycles e.g. Merit, MyPerformance in close collaboration with your HR colleagues in the Regions and Centers of Competence (CoC)
Acting as an ambassador for our people culture as well as playing a key role in enabling diversity, equity and inclusion
Supporting the Global HR BP team by preparing factbased presentations using dashboards/data analytics
Participating in SE HR projects, programs and initiatives as well as preparing and facilitating workshops for the Leadership Team

What You Bring

Completed Master's degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of professional experience in a fastpaced and demanding HR environment
Proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization
Advanced knowhow in HR processes and data analytics to support HR initiatives
First experience in working on international and interdisciplinary projects, good experience in project management is desirable
Excellent English and German language skills
Acting as a selfstarter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
