What you'll do


As a working student (f/m/d), you will support management in the organization and administration of calendars and other organizational activities such as planning, setting up and carrying out appointments and events.

You will also support product management teams with product-related inbound and outbound activities.

While inbound activities focus on understanding market requirements and translating them into strategic roadmaps, outbound activities focus on the successful sales and implementation of our software solutions.


  • Calendar management
  • Organization of internal and external events and appointments
  • Support in the creation of sales materials, presentations and other product material
  • Support in the coordination of customer events
  • Introduction and organization of innovative communication material with customers and the market
  • Support with travel planning

What you bring

  • Independent and absolutely reliable work
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field of study: (business) informatics, business administration
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Languages: Excellent German and very good written and spoken English skills
  • Soft skills: selforganized, pragmatic, conscientious, reliable and resultsoriented
  • Other: Experience as a working student / intern is a plus
