Our client from the automotive industry based in Munich is looking for a Layouter Support on a freelance basis.

Key data:

Activities:

Design of multilayer PCBs and schematics based on the design environment Cadence / Allegro.
Creating specifications and the complete documentation for the PCB & PCBAs (drill legend, stack structure etc.)
Creating new components as well as controlling and maintaining existing components in Cadence / Allegro
Supervise Design for Manufacturing (DfM) & Design for Assembly (DfA)
Supervision of PCB production with EMS partners (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
Generate manufacturing data for the respective PCB & PCBAs according to project progress (ODB++ / Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place etc.)
Collaboration in mixed team with developers for high frequency electronics, computer electronics and mechanics.

Profile:

Completed technical training as technical system designer, technical product planner or comparable or higher education or studies.
Many years of professional experience in the field of complex PCB designs
Experience in mixed signal design and EMCcompliant design desired
Very good knowledge of CAD tool Cadence/Allegro as well as the associated addons or similar tools
Very good communication skills
Very good language skills in English and German
