What will you do?
This is a field-based role, involving extensive travel across Eastern Europe and CIS regions. When not traveling, we are working from home. The position comes with a competitive package and benefits. How will you make an impact?

  • Perform product demonstrations and training at customer or distributor sites
  • Diagnose & resolve product performance problems and customer queries/complaints
  • Assist the regional sales team in the development of accounts by giving technical seminars and presentations that promote the use of our products
  • Build trust with our distributors and customers by excelling in customer service***
    Who are we looking for?
  • University degree preferably in Medicine, Biochemistry, or Biomedical sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in international commercial sales/ marketing/distribution in the area of clinical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or medical products
  • Microbiology experience/understanding is an advantage for the longerterm development of this role.
  • Customerfocused attitude and experience from working with clinical laboratories with the emotional intelligence to understand customer concerns
  • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with KOL's (Key Opinion Leaders), laboratory specialists as well as with our business partners
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to openly share information and make convincing presentations
  • Ability to display credibility in mentoring and forging positive working relationships with customers, distributors and colleagues
  • Selfmotivated, yet a strong team player with an energetic and candoattitude
  • Effective organizational, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Fluency in oral and written English is essential: Russian and Baltic language skills would be a bonus.
