  • As a Product Designer at Freeletics, you can expect exciting, technically challenging and varied tasks with a startup feeling, as well as flat hierarchies and flexible working hours. You not only have good ideas, but you are a master of execution and bring the best of them to life. Thanks to your extreme attention to detail, you will create and shape unique, usercentric product experiences and anticipate the users' needs. Being part of a missionbased multidisciplinary team, collaborating on design solutions and partnering up with Researchers to drive discovery, as well as working closely with developers are the focal points of your daily agenda. You will be a key part of our product development process driving projects from ideation to delivery.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Lead design process (ideation to creation) for part of our business
  • Take informed design decisions to bring functional, engaging and fun experiences to our users
  • Create and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and highfidelity visuals
  • Collaborate closely with UX Research, Data Analysts, PM & developers to turn insights into practical designs
  • Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them

Your Profile:


  • 3+ years of product design experience, designing delightful digital products, ideally for consumer products (B2C)
  • Able to transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into wellarticulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem solving mindset and craft excellence
  • Strong knowledge about design process and methodologies
  • Team player
  • A Self-Starter, able to seek out feedback and act on it in a timely manner

Nice to haves:


  • Experienced in User Onboarding for consumer tech
  • Interests in health, wellness & fitness
  • Knowledge of applied psychology; i.e. selfdetermination theory, habit formation and behavior change principles
