- Global development and maintenance of ABAP coding in the SAP HCM system
- Processing of tickets and error messages regarding the SAP HCM system and existing interfaces
- Support for questions, concepts, error situations, dump analyses
- Monitoring of the SAP HCM system to ensure error-free productive operation
- Organization and execution of development activities for the installation of SAP HCM Legal patches and system upgrades
- System update using SAP Notes
- Administration and support of customer-specific interfaces as well as SAP standard interfaces
- Maintenance of forms (certification system)
- Development and maintenance of ABAP programs, screens, infotypes, dictionary objects, user exits and technical customizing
- Participation in global SAP HCM or cross-topic projects
- Successfully completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with practical experience
- Experience in the realization of customer orders and/or technical projects
- Good knowledge of the SAP HCM module (ABAP programming); ideally with a focus on "company pension schemes"
- Business fluent in German and good English skills
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility, assertiveness and commitment
