- As an IT Solution Architect for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will support the global implementation of the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors, including overseeing the overarching IT configuration and ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- You will advise HR departments and international locations on implementation and best practices and be available for general technical and professional questions.
- You will be responsible for conducting training for specialists in the national companies and supporting international rollouts.
- You are in charge of the global operational management of SAP SuccessFactors (third-level support) and carry out ongoing optimizations as well as release management to ensure system performance, stability, and security.
- A functional and technical understanding of integrations, support optimizations, and new projects is a matter of course for you.
- A completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in the configuration and application of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in implementation projects, preferably in the area of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of process flows with interfaces.
- Knowledge in the areas of Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT), as well as interface design, is advantageous.
- For international coordination with the departments and global companies, very good German and English language skills are mandatory.
