About this role

As a legal trainee / research assistant (Referendar / Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter), you will be part of the HR department. The Employment Law department works directly with the Business Partners and the executives. The position offers detailed insights into the organizational structure and operational processes of Nexperia GmbH, an international company.

What you will do
- The Employment law department is responsible for handling all labor law for Nexperia Germany GmbH and deals with issues both individually and collective.
- The personnel management and the specialist departments are advised on all questions of labor, works constitution, social and tariff law as well as on all fundamental questions of personnel policy.
- Tasks include detailed research and the preparation of target group-oriented reports on current labor and works council constitutional law issues, the drafting of briefs and presentations, and advising the individual departments..

What you will need
- Above average first state exam with a focus on labor law
- First practical experience in labor law is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Good verbal and written skills
- Team spirit and strong commitment

Als Referendar / Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter sind Sie Teil der HR Organisation. Der Bereich Arbeitsrecht arbeitet direkt mit den Business Partnern und den Führungskräften zusammen. Die Stelle bietet detaillierte Einblicke in die Organisationsstruktur und die betrieblichen Abläufe eines internationalen Unternehmens.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Der Bereich Arbeitsrecht ist für das gesamte Arbeitsrecht der Nexperia Germany GmbH zuständig und betreut alle arbeitsrechtlich relevanten Themenkomplexe sowohl individual
- als auch kollektivrechtlicher Art.
- Das Personalmanagement und die Fachbereiche werden in allen Fragen des Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Sozial
- und Tarifrechts sowie in allen personalpolitischen Grundsatzfragen beraten.
- Zu den Aufgaben gehören die detaillierte Recherche und Anfertigung zielgruppengerechter Stellungnahmen zu aktuellen arbeits
- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragen, das Verfassen von Schriftsätzen und Präsentationen sowie die Beratung der Fachbereiche.

Ihr Profil
- Überdurchschnittliches Erstes Staatsexamen mit Schwerpunkt im Arbeitsrecht
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
- Teamgeist und hohes Engagement
